Open Session → Opening Float → Sell → Count the Till → Close Session

Opening a Session

  1. Open the POS application
  2. Choose the point of sale you want to use
  3. Click the "New Session" button
  4. Enter the opening cash amount (cash count)
  5. Start selling with "Open Session"

Closing the Session

  1. Choose "Close Session" in the POS interface
  2. Count the physical cash
  3. Enter the count result in the system
  4. The system compares it with the expected amount
  5. If there is a difference, enter an explanation
  6. End the session with "Close and Confirm"
Important Till differences are reflected in the accounting entries automatically. Recurring differences are brought to the manager's attention.

The Sales Process

Basic Sales Steps

  1. Choosing products: By tapping the screen or scanning the barcode
  2. Setting quantities: With the numpad or the +/- buttons
  3. Applying discounts: Per product or across the basket
  4. Choosing a customer: For the loyalty programme or an invoice (optional)
  5. Payment: Choose the payment method and enter the amount
  6. Printing the receipt: Giving the customer a receipt

Selling with a Barcode

If a barcode reader is connected, scanning the product barcode is enough. The system recognises the product automatically and adds it to the basket. Scanning the same product again increases the quantity.
