The invitation, the agenda document, the decision and the decision's tasks are linked; the answer to "what became of that decision?" is read from the record.
  1. Invite to the meeting

Invite the board members in Calendar and attach the agenda document to the meeting.

Meetings: attendees, date and attached documents.

    1. Write the agenda together

The agenda and the budget sheet open in SODOO Office in the browser; several people edit at once and every version is kept.

    2. Write the decision into the book

The decision goes onto the minutes-book page in SOTION; the statutes and bylaws sit in the same workspace with their versions.

      SOTION pages

SOTION: versioned pages for the minutes book, statutes and procedures.

      1. Turn the decision into tasks

Each decision becomes a task with an owner and a date; open tasks are listed at the next meeting.

      The official minutes book
The legal minutes book's form and certification follow the law. SODOO keeps the working record and trail of decisions; the official book remains your organisation's duty.
