Overview

SODOO Sign is an enterprise electronic signature solution that lets you sign documents, and have them signed, entirely digitally. You can sign contracts, approval forms, job applications and many more document types quickly and securely, without paper.

Fast Signing

Sign your documents and have them signed within minutes. No more waiting for paper and couriers.

Multiple Signers

Request sequential or parallel signatures from several people and track each one's status.

Templates

Create templates for frequently used documents and pre-define the signature fields.

Legal Validity

Legal assurance with electronic signatures compliant with eIDAS, the ESIGN Act and UETA.

Signature Types

In the world of electronic signatures there are signature types with different security levels. You can choose the type that suits your business need:

Simple Electronic Signature (SES)

The most widely used type. Signatures drawn by the user or based on a font fall into this category. Ideal for internal approval processes and low-risk documents.

Advanced Electronic Signature (AES)

Includes extra security layers that verify the signer's identity. Security is increased with SMS verification, e-mail verification or a unique link.

Qualified Electronic Signature (QES)

The highest security level. Digital certificates issued by authorised certificate providers are used. Legally equivalent to a handwritten signature.

Tip

A simple or advanced electronic signature is enough for most business documents. A qualified signature is usually needed for dealings with public bodies or high-value contracts.

Creating a Signature Request

Having a document signed with the Sign module consists of a few simple steps:

1 Upload Document
→
2 Add Fields
→

→
5 Track

1. Uploading the Document

Upload your documents in PDF format. Word, Excel or image files are converted to PDF automatically.

3. Setting the Signers

Add the people who need to sign the document in order. Assign which fields each signer must fill in.

Tracking Signature Status

Info

For every signature a timestamp, IP address and browser details are recorded automatically. This information can be used as evidence in legal proceedings.

Document Templates

Save time by creating templates for frequently used documents. Signature fields and signer roles are pre-defined in templates.

Creating a Template

Common Template Examples

A standard sales agreement requiring the signatures of the customer and an authorised company representative.

Integrations

The Sign module works smoothly with other SODOO modules:

Automate the contract-signing step in the opportunity stages. The signature status is shown on the opportunity card.

Security and Compliance

The Sign module is designed to meet the highest security standards:

Data Security

Legal Compliance

Important

For operations requiring a qualified electronic signature (QES), integration with an authorised Electronic Certificate Service Provider (ESHS) may be needed. In Türkiye there are providers such as TÜBİTAK BİLGEM KAMU SM, e-Güven and Turktrust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the signer need a SODOO account?

No. Signers can sign the document with the unique link sent to them, without creating an account.

Is an electronic signature legally valid?

Yes. In most countries electronic signatures are legally valid. In Türkiye, under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070, secure electronic signatures have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

Can I withdraw a signature?

You can cancel a signature request if it has not been signed yet. Signed documents cannot be changed or withdrawn - this is necessary for legal validity.
