Installation Steps
Payroll Management
The hr_payroll_community module provides a complete payroll management system for Odoo Community Edition. Simplify your payroll with salary rules, structures and automatic calculations.

Salary rules form the basis of the payroll calculation.

Batch Processing
To process many payslips at once:
- Go to the Payroll > Payslip Batches menu
- Create a new batch and set the period
- Generate payslips for all employees with "Generate Payslips"
- Confirm them all at once with "Confirm All"
Employee Loans
The ohrms_loan module lets employees request loans from their company and repay them in instalments through payroll.
Loan Request Process
Loan Form Fields

Instalment Calculation
When you click "Compute Instalments", the system automatically:
- Divides the total amount by the number of instalments
- Sets a date and amount for each instalment
- Fills in the instalment table
Salary Advance
Employees can request an advance before their salary is paid. The advance is deducted automatically from the next payslip.
Advance Limits
- Default limit: 50% of gross salary
- A maximum number of advances per month can be defined
- A minimum length of service can be required
Resignation Management
The hr_resignation module manages employee resignation processes digitally.

Document Tracking
