The workstation screen suits shop-floor use with large buttons and a simple interface. Barcode scanning and touchscreen support are available.
Material Consumption
- Automatic consumption: When the work order starts, according to the BOM
- Manual consumption: The actual quantity entered by the operator
- Backflushing: Calculating backwards from the finished products
Production Reports
- Work order status: A summary of active work orders
- Performance: Planned vs actual time
- Efficiency: Efficiency analysis per work centre
- Scrap rate: Scrap percentage per operation
- Cost analysis: Cost breakdown per work order
