SODOO for Associations, Foundations and NGOs
A visual, step-by-step course for associations, foundations and NGOs: members and dues, donations and donors, events, projects and grant reports, volunteers, communication, the board and Cowork.
Who this course is forFor anyone who runs members, donations, events and projects in an association, foundation, federation, chamber, club or any other non-profit. By the end you know which SODOO screen does each of your organisation's jobs, and in what order to set them up.
The screenshots come from the fictional PORTWARE demo company: the screens are the ones an association uses, the records are a company's. The example association and people are fictional.
The learning path
Every lesson has the same skeleton: a one-sentence goal, a diagram of the organisation's workflow, numbered steps beside their screens, a caution, a short case from the example association and self-check questions.
Lessons

The example organisation
Northern Light Education Association (fictional): an association with 640 members, 9,000 donations a year, 40 volunteers and two grant projects, taking books and reading workshops to village schools. The lessons follow one year of it.
