Maintenance and updates
Only $10 per user per year. New SODOO versions and modules, security and compatibility fixes, technical maintenance and the migration of your data to each new version. Optional: without it, your licensed version keeps running.
Custom development
Reports, integrations, industry screens and company-specific processes, scoped with you and quoted per project. Delivered as SODOO modules that stay upgradeable.
Hosting
Hosted by PORTWARE, with backups, monitoring and updates managed for you; or installed on the servers or cloud account you choose, so your data never leaves your infrastructure.

We accept credit card, bank transfer and other methods. The payment schedule and invoicing details are set out in your quote.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you decide.
What does a team of ten pay?
A one-time licence of 10 × $120 = $1,200, plus 10 × $10 = $100 for the first year of maintenance and updates: $1,300 in total. In every following year only maintenance and updates apply: $100 per year for the whole team.
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. After the one-time licence payment, your company keeps the right to use SODOO permanently. The only recurring fee is maintenance and updates, $10 per user per year; if you stop it, your system keeps running on the version you have.
We have more than 50 users. How is the price set?
Pricing is defined separately for 51–100 and 101–1,000 users. Request a quote and we will evaluate your needs together.
Are some applications charged extra?
No. Every application and every SODOO module is included in the licence.
What happens at the end of the 30-day demo?
The demo is frozen and your data is preserved. With a licence, we move that same database to your own server or to PORTWARE hosting, so nothing entered during the demo is lost.
Is AI included?
Cowork AI is part of SODOO. It works with the AI provider accounts you choose; their usage is billed by those providers, and you set the limits.
Can SODOO be adapted to our processes?
Yes. Custom screens, reports and integrations are scoped with you, quoted per project and delivered as modules that remain upgradeable.
