AGREEMENT
SODOO Software Licence, Installation and Services Agreement
One agreement covers the licence, installation, the server options, maintenance, support and personal data. It is published in Turkish and English and can be downloaded as a Word file.
How a contract is signed
- Your quotation becomes the order form (annex 1) of the agreement.
- Terms agreed only with you go into the special terms (annex 7) and take precedence.
- You sign online on your customer portal, with a qualified electronic signature, or on paper.
- PORTWARE countersigns; the executed copy is kept with your account and sent to you.

- Free demo: the demo terms are shown and accepted on the sign-up form.
- Pricing: the list prices the agreement refers to.
